Frangelico is a brand of noisette (hazelnut) and herb-flavored liqueur (coloured with caramel coloring) which is produced in Canale, Italy. It is 20% alcohol by volume, 40 proof. Formerly, it was 24% alcohol by volume, 48 proof. It was released in the 1980s, gaining attention largely because of its unusual packaging; its bottle was designed to look like a friar, complete with a knotted white cord around the waist. It is most commonly sold in two sizes: 750ml and 375ml
Frangelico can be used to make many cocktails, such as the Hazelnut Martini, the Frangelico Colada, and Frangelico and Cranberry Juice. It can be combined with vodka to make the Chocolate Cake shot; it can also be served simply on ice, with soda water, or with coffee.
Baileys Irish Cream is an Irish whiskey- and cream-based liqueur, made by Gilbeys of Ireland. The trademark is currently owned by Diageo. It has a declared alcohol content of 17% alcohol by volume.
Cream is a dairy product composed of the higher-butterfat layer skimmed from the top of milk before homogenization. In un-homogenized milk, the fat, which is less dense, will eventually rise to the top. In the industrial production of cream, this process is accelerated by using centrifuges called "separators". In many countries, cream is sold in several grades depending on the total butterfat content. Cream can be dried to a powder for shipment to distant markets. Cream has high levels of saturated fat.[1][2]
Cream skimmed from milk may be called "sweet cream" to distinguish it from whey cream skimmed from whey, a by-product of cheese-making. Whey cream has a lower fat content and tastes more salty, tangy and "cheesy".[3] In many countries, cream is usually sold partially fermented: sour cream, cr?me fraîche, and so on.

Cream produced by cattle (particularly Jersey cattle) grazing on natural pasture often contains some natural carotenoid pigments derived from the plants they eat; this gives the cream a slight yellow tone, hence the name of the yellowish-white color, cream. This is also the origin of butter's yellow color. Cream from goat's milk, or from cows fed indoors on grain or grain-based pellets, is white.
Honey /?h?ni/ is a sweet food made by bees foraging nectar from flowers. The variety produced by honey bees (the genus Apis) is the one most commonly referred to, as it is the type of honey collected by most beekeepers and consumed by people. Honey is also produced by bumblebees, stingless bees, and other hymenopteran insects such as honey wasps, though the quantity is generally lower and they have slightly different properties compared to honey from the genus Apis. Honey bees convert nectar into honey by a process of regurgitation and evaporation: they store it as a primary food source in wax honeycombs inside the beehive.
Blend ingrediants with ice until a creamy consistancy is reached (don't add too much ice, this will make the drink too thick). Pour into a *HONEY LINED GLASS*. Garnish with chocolate flakes and an open strawberry.
