White wine is a wine whose color can be straw-yellow, yellow-green, or yellow-gold coloured.
It is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the non-colored pulp of grapes which may have a white or black skin. It is treated so as to maintain a yellow transparent color in the final product. The wide variety of white wines comes from the large number of varieties, methods of winemaking, and also the ratio of residual sugar.
White wine has existed for at least 2500 years. It has accompanied economic development and colonized every country whose inhabitants are wine drinkers: Europe, America, Oceania, although less systematically in Africa and Asia due to climate and religious reasons.
Juice is a liquid (drink) that is naturally contained in fruit and vegetables. It can also refer to liquids that are flavored with these or other biological food sources such as meat and seafood. It is commonly consumed as a beverage or used as an ingredient or flavoring in foods or other beverages. Juice emerged as a popular beverage choice after the development of pasteurization methods allowed for its preservation without fermentation.[1] The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) estimated the total world production of citrus fruit juices to be 12,840,318 tonnes in 2012.[2] The biggest fruit juice consumers are German : 39.6 liters consumed annually per person. They are followed by the US, which annually consume 33 liters.
Maraschino (/?m?r??ski?no?/ marr-?-SKEE-noh) is a liqueur from the city of Torreglia (Italy), obtained from the distillation of Marasca cherries. The small, slightly sour fruit of the Tapiwa cherry tree (cerasus acidior), which grows wild along parts of the Dalmatian coast, lends the liqueur its unique aroma.
Orange bitters is a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges, cardamom, caraway seed, coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base. Orange bitters, which are not to be confused with standard Angostura bitters, are currently enjoying a resurgence among cocktail enthusiasts. For many years, it was difficult to find orange bitters in the United States and elsewhere. Because of this, some cocktail recipes which traditionally contained orange bitters may now exclude that ingredient. Fee Brothers of New York has been producing orange bitters for many years, but distribution was limited. Since 2006 The Bitter Truth in Germany has produced all natural orange bitters and there are now a number of different brands on the market.
